Unusable for streaming iphone fotos and videos

Fotos are not presented on the TV in the right orientation, and there is no way to rotate them manually. It takes approx. 5 seconds until a picture is shown on the TV, too long for an interactive slideshow.

Video transformation takes approx. as long as video duration (general problem of streaming to players which cannot play QuickTime natively).
